Been busy but blog's been quiet

I’ve not blogged in ages. I’ve been really busy at work but there’s not been much good material to base blog articles on. 

I’ve still got a couple of things outstanding to do that I’m going to keep on the backburner – firstly, to upload a package that people can reuse to build querys with variable inputs that I promised here and secondly, my long awaited (only by me) follow-up to my initial 11g result cache issues about how you might choose to use the result_cache hint with subquery refactoring (the with clause).

However, as mentioned above, at my current client I’ve been busy with

• Upgrading to 11g
• Fighting off RAC
• Trying to figure out what’s up with database testing
